explain to me how anyone can watch him the hawks have not been on natl tv before this playoff series in almost a decade?

Not sure if they still are, but Hawks games used to be on TBS and everyone has TBS.

Also, when they play your team... like I saw them play the Cavs a few times this year.

thats a terrible excuse....even if the Hawks arent aired alot...I mean if hes such an Elite why isn't he on ESPN alot...the Hornets wasn't aired much alot before the playoff but pretty much every1 reconizes that Chris Paul is 1 of the best.....& this is his what 6th year in the league & this is only Chris Paul's 2nd

lol what are u talkin bout.. the hawks games were never on tbs. just the braves games and they are not on tbs anymore as of this year.

well they have never been on tbs since ive been a fan which would be the mid 90's.. so either way thats irrelevant since joe has only be on the hawks for 3 years

Joe dosent really do anything spectacular. He gets the job done and is a really smart/crafty player. That's why he made the olympic team. He's kind of like the Tim Duncan of the 2 guard poisition. Does all the fundamentals and usually stays away from being too flashy.

Thats a good way to put it.He gets the job done and isnt too flashy.Just a nice solid, fundamental, elite player.Duncan's not flashy,but you cant argue against him being elite.Now i know Duncan has rings,but maybe JJ will get some in his career(he's only 26).Plus,Duncan has been on some great teams to get those rings.

Thats because Tim Duncan actually is an Elite but im not gonna compare him to Duncan cus hes has Championship rings....a more comparible guy would be Dirk Nowitki who can shoot & whos gm isn't flashy & does't rely on crossovers

the difference is Dirk is Elite & Joe is not...

I think he is good, but you have to define elite. If you say top 10...id say no. top 15 or 20 maybe yeah. You can't say hes been carrying his team, after all he got them the 8 seed in the east. You mentioned T-Mac, but you know he could do atleast that. Look what the rockets have done in the WEST. Kobe without Pau or Bynum could be 500 in the east. Other players can say the same

please make an effort to make a logical arguement in the future.

here is a outline of how to do so:

step 1- do some research on the subject- this usually helps so you don't sound like a dumbass when you talk
step 2- form your opinion
step 3- present your opinion logically and provide some sort of supported evidence to back up your claim
step 4- cite your sources- anybody can spout off bs but it doesnt hold any water unless you can prove what you say

i dont think he is top 10.. but there are more than 10 elite players in the league.
