Compairing those things is like compairing apples and oranges.

There is no way he faces good competition in Canada often. You cannot honestly say the skill level of US players is the same as International players.

Last year's MC: INT'l players = 0-4
Madden Nation 2: Aussie was garbage, easily worst player and 1st and only INT'l player

And about discriminatory as white/black....US people didn't not hold Canadians in slavery for hundreds of years, did not keep basic rights once they were free, and still today there are laws/rules that require companies/schools to atleast interview/hire/accept a certain number of black people because people are still racist today. That my friend was ignorant to say.

1. Everyone plays on the same Xbox Live network
2. Everyone has access to the same strategy sites
3. There are plenty of great Madden players in this country simply due to their skills, not the people they play against. Yes, it goes the other way to, but regardless, someone can be an isolated killer at Madden.

4. I don't even know how to address your slavery business... I said this sort of discrimination is the same. Saying that someone is bad just because they are from this country, that country, this state, that state... is discrimination. There is no basis for saying something like that, just like there is no basis for saying a white person is better than a black person, or a Mexican is better than a Brazilian.

I don't think that Hoss was suggesting that Canadians had a rough history. He was simply saying that you can't judge a book by it's cover as in judging an opponent if he was white/ black. I would say that it's ignorant to suggest that people from Canada can't play Madden. The winner will likely come from the US, but that guy from Canada is still probably better than most American madden ballers being that he still made it as far as he did.

I don't understand the relevance of bringing up black history in America.
