Red Ring of Death
so i get back from vacation yesterday and go out and buy NCAA 08. i come home, start up the 360 and there it is ... all four red lights flashing.
i figure, okay, the machine is about 1 1/2 years old, so maybe it's just one of the ones that had the problem. i decided to send it off, get it fixed and sell it to a friend who's planning on getting a 360 for a while. in the meantime, i go out to BestBuy to buy a new machine for me. i get that one home, plug it in, start it up ... and there it is AGAIN! all four red lights flashing ... at first i thought maybe someone had returned a fried machine and tricked Best Buy with the towel trick or something. but the box was sealed, and everything was wrapped like it came from the factory. WTF??? |

yea i dont gotta a 360 but right out the box? would be highly unlikely unless sumone droped the system or something but then again its seems like this system is more delicate then a new born baby hahahaa

This just in ...
The first machine has three rings. It's dead. The second one (the brand new one) had four, and it was like duke said: the cables weren't in tight. Call it operator error. LOL. |

yayy mine will arrive here tomorrow
(i sent it to microsoft on july 6th)... this will be my 3rd 360... 1st one lasted 4months... 2nd one lasted 2months... i bet this one last 3weeks ... grrr
