First, I only have one user profile, yet only one game I played online counted for my record. How do I know the difference? Is it ranked games that count only?

Also, I have a NETGEAR wireless router for my PS3 (60 gb) and whenever the phone rings it disconnects my online game. My ISP and phone company are different.

Any help would be awesome...thanks!

I cant help you on the router part.

And yes, ranked games are the only ones that count towards your record.

you might want to consider calling NETGEAR about that because i have never heard of that.

do you have a separate line for your internet and phone? if not thats most likely why this is happening.

Thanks Duke...my line is not separate, so until I fix that I 'll have to take the phone off of the hook. MY DNF is 100%, because the phone quit two of my online games for me. No one wants to play a DNF 100% do they?

I had that same problem before online gaming was popular. My ISP was Earthlink, phone service provider was Verizon. The problem was the signal was not strong enough. My advice who ever your telephone service is. I would use them as my ISP. Make sure you have filters on all the phone jacks in house or apartment. Including the one where your router is. Hope I helped.
