SICK Play - IForm TE Quick Hit

I got this play from MA a long time ago... I've been using GB playbook a lot lately, and this play is just straight cash... the TE's route is virtually unguardable, just bullet it high either right after he cuts upfield or wait a little longer if he doesn't look completely open. Sometimes the defender will look like he's in position to bat it down (though usually he won't be) but almost always he will miss it. This play is a great 8+ yards a pop, sometimes a lot more if you have a fast TE. Check it out.

You may want to change your oustide WR routes to streaks if your opponent starts cheating with his safety, so you can hit a WR over the top.

Note: This play is also in TEN, NE, and SD playbooks.

the route is nice but i'd be careful when they throw a cover 3 zone at you by suprise

Yeah maybe... though if you just bullet it high at the right time I doubt a cover 3 would stop it... you just gotta recognize that they're runnin' that.

I like the slants play in I-Form Twin WR as well. I can usually hit the TE on the outside slant for 10-15 yards everytime. Again, when they start cheating just streakthe TE for a huge gain or a TD.

anything is stoppable when your a good manual defender. Alot of people run a play like that, and just play Outside QB spys

That's why I like to run my O out of the same formation as much as possible. They have to be ready for plays like this every down. It's not unstoppable by any means, but it can be very crucial in tight situations.

Some creep used this play on me like a month ago. He did it ALL THE WAY down the field on me to score a TD!
