I need help running FB dives...
everyone says they are soooo effective but i can't seem to get them to be as effective as yall say...

any help??? And which FB dives are the BEST?

any fb dive with the fb offset(strong i fb dive) is a good one. basically the faster the handoff the better.

The only other Weak I run play I like is Toss Weak and HB Gut. Those aren't that good though and the rest are garbage to me. Strong I and I Form is where you'll get the most run plays.

I think Arizona and Denver have some of the best Strong and Weak sets.
