switching from atl to rng - Madden Tips, Madden 2009 Tips, Madden 09 Tips, Madden Strategy Guides, & Cheats

Ive been running atl and pitt for awhile now and am trying to switch to the rng because im bored of atl but im really struggling with the switch .Has anyone else had this problem? Or does anyone have any advice to get my o back on track? Right now im pretty much just running the shotgun tight plays out of the lab but when im in the tight im getting killed on my user catches by big hitter safeties because all my wr are so close a safeties always in position to bust him up.

Instead of using streaks, use fades to user catch. Usually the routes goes to the outside hash which is appx. the same spot as an outside streak. Dont overlook the playbook would be my best advice. There is litterally so much there that can be used. To come up with a good scheme though you want to look at the philosophy you want to run first. Do you want to pound the rock, air it out or do a little of both. After you decide that it will narrow down the formations to use. If you want to pound, use the full house and I formations. IF you want to air it out, I prefer the Tight tight and Normal shotgun formations. For a balanced attack, use your audibles to help you out. If you want to pass to setup the run, set most of your audlbles to runs. Come out in a pass play and if you want to pound it audible down. If you want to run to setup the pass come out in an under center running formation and audible up to shotgun when you see a defense that cannot defend it well.

buy the lab..it has a whole scheme for run n gun tht u can work into ur offense

motion the outside WR's out to make the safeties choose ... if they slide over to help the outside, hit the streak deep inside. if they drop down, same thing. if they stay in the middle, hit the outside.

the sg trips te has a lot of stuff on it similar to trio if you liked atl you should like that. im not a big fan of sg tight to be honest.

I feel the same Duke, I feel that the SG Tight is very limited/restricting. BUT I love Trips TE

ya i like to come out in trips and audible to something else like I did with trips but i usually only audible to the tight or 4 wide but its not working out like the trio did.

the best thing about sg tight is when u roll out to the left or right, you can throw the RC without percision passing for the streaks...tight is nice tho

Make Moss the outside WR and Stally the post...U can literally sit in this play allll game, it cant be defended.

OR... You can put Moss outside, and put washington on the skinny, cuz that **** is deadly when u rocket catch it.
