Serious Help Needed!

I always have problems running against teams like JAX, PITT, CAR, DEN, BAL, SD..
They all have very LBers, and good D-Line's.
Anybody got any tips????

depends what team you play with
and playbook i use run and gun
try the fb dives and full house formation
and try lead blocking too that helps me out a lot
