Glitch or Great Route

I'm playing this guy with SD, he has Pitt. It was 10 seconds left before the half, he has the ball on his 25. I come out in Qtrs "PREVENT" and drop everyone back. He comes out in a shotgun formation and Somehow holmes still gets behind "Everyone" for a long gain down to my 15. How?

if this is ps2, prevent is garbage, zone is garbage on current gen. it's not a glitch, just a bad play call on your part.

What kind of SG formation? Was it SG 2 back?

haha Yea I did this to my freind fr a game winning td with liek 10 secs left, prevent acts as a deep zone so just like cover three your safetys will let a streak get by them just like any other time ...learning experience

i run prevent on that same situation every game nd never got burnt once but thats also cause i run back wit the middle Saftey

heh. my days of "playing" madden are long over. but my common knowledge for the game of real football and madden will never diminish.

God dam your MMA fighting now ?? haha hope you stay safe that sport looks dangerous. I barely started playing madden on ps2 again not to long ago mainly because couple my friends started playing but i still like going on the boards. i just been going to school about to get into the I.T. field. thats about it but dam good luck with MMA.

Back on ps2 especially on all-pro, which i normally didn't play, i had a play that got past prevent with a perfect throw... it aint a glitch.....
