i just control the qb and think i'm responsible for his awareness. well i was using Russell on the Raiders and he would miss certain throws consistently and when i put Culpepper in, he would make those throws more often. he only has awareness on Russell. thp and tha go to Russell, yet Culpepper makes the throws Russell doesn't? vision cone aside, i think awareness really matters even though we control the qb. is it just me or does anyone have similar experiences with qb awareness?
what about rb's? do lanes open more for high awareness than low awareness?
lol of cause cause they almost the same in accuarcy and tpr.. give or take 3 or 4 pts .. russell has like 20+ pts lower awareness... hight point difference .. example if u compare a qb with 70 thp to a qb with 90 thp .. u will see even more of a big differnce and thats 20 pts also
lol dude no way is awareness more important then throwin power.. u can use qbs with awr in the 70's ...any qb with under 86 thp is horrible and un-usable

i used charlie frye all year and had no problem so its not true at all.
Awareness is very important. If you try to use guys like Vince Young they will throw terrible passes often and give easy picks. But when I use Brady...every ball is pretty much right on target. Even Cutler and Manning with 84-86 awareness throw bad passes more than they should to me.

all three are very important a qb with 50 awr is gonna be terrible but thp is the most important .. u can use qbs with awr in the 70's ,.. a qb with 70's thp and u wont be able to pass period .. guaranteed.. c fyre is in the grey area 85 thp some people can use him ..i cant ... u go lower to like 82 , 81 thp and NO 1 can use him aka brook bolinger from minn .. anything lower that that not even worth talkin bout
alot of ppl forget Vicks awr was in the 70's but besides him running his THP was the most dangerous thing once he was contained...its the same with Culpepper

so why does Culpepper make the throws that Russell doesn't even though Russell has 3 more thp and 2 more tha? it's because of his awareness.
well of couse if Russels awr is in the 50's becuase thats a very dramatic difference & same goes for any other stat.........ex:Jeff Garcia on Bucs vs Big Ben on Pits....Jeff has 88 awr & Ben has 87(not a big difference) & both has 87 THA but Ben has 94 THP while Jeff has 82 & we all know Ben makes much accr throws.....therfore THP is more important
i remember last year i use to use the chargers on current gen. Phillip Rivers had a 94 THA and Billy Volek had a 87, but I used Volek cause his arm was stronger. Both of their awareness was the same i think, but just cause volek had a better arm that made him better to me.
when thp and tha are almost equal (Russell and Culpepper), then awareness is most important is my point. you're comparing almost equal awareness (Jeff and Ben) but i'm not. i'm comparing thp and tha first, then awareness afterwards. the difference is the awareness makes the throws more consistent. his vision cone is the same size but Culpepper makes the throws and Russell misses them.

i agree but since Russell has the best arm and more accuracy than Culpepper. you would think Russell is the way to go but his awareness sucks and so do his throws when compared to Culpepper.
