How do you stop the screen and pass to the flats,Ive tried everything I can think of,this one guy always gets me on 3rd down with a pass to T.O. in the flat or maybe it's a screen,there is always a bunch of players on the side he passes to and T.O. gets lost in the crowd and always gains 10+ yards.Anyone have any suggestions?

He might be using the WR double pass on you which is a glitch. They outlaw this in tournments because the D automaticly cover the WR up the feild and leave the screen player to atleast 10 yards a pop. I run the DIME STRIKE and move my blitzing corner up about 8 yards out of bounds. When he goes for the screen TO would be tackled by my blitzing corner. Also it was recommend to do a flip NICKEL CLOUD play by someone in the lab earlier in the season. Check out other info already posted in the LAB.

If it is a legit WR screen, call a Man to Man defense, select TO as the "focus" player (I forgot what they call this), and do not call bump-n-run. You can then also select a D-lineman or LB and run over to it and try to intercept or knock it down.

just had a friend run the same mess on me in a close game. He took the lead at the beginning of the 2nd half with that . I took 1:30 off the clock ...scored. Tie game... then he went right back to the dam shceme and killed him... 3 pics game over 45sec left in 3rd qt. How the lab.... I was smiling like a lil kid in a candy store to see him go to the well over and over again.. knowing i had the counter.... Tip to the wise: look at your def play book and its pass def schemes ... if someone is killing you with that why not run play that covers that area being exposed (ex) the area of field or defense it self
