It doesn't matter what context or situation you are using it in. Whether people use it as a slang word or not it's not meant to be used in that matter. And IMO any person who uses that word whether black or not is retarted cause it's as if there disgracing there own race.

You look at Waynes' **** as crazy ass while I look at it as dumb ass. As I have said before half the **** he says doesn't make sense and Wayne himself doesn't even know what he's saying. He just puts some **** together to attract attention to people like you cause it makes them think oh **** wtf did he just say, thats sick. Anyone can ramble some words together and make some useless line that makes no sense. It takes a true artist to ramble words together and make sense and make you say wtf when the bar actually has a meaning.
Good lyrical content does not necessarily mean as you say "talking about real shhh". I can give many examples where artists talk about real **** but lyrically suck. It's not hard to pick a subject for example abortion and write three verses. That doesn't mane you lyrical. It's how you present and compose it.
