I'll agree and go one further.
I wish there were a few Practice modes you could use before each week's game (just like the "Train for this game" option). I say... - have 7-on-7 drills for passing practice; low-to-no risk of injury, small boosts for QB, WRs, and DBs - have 7-on-7 drills for rushing practice; low-to-no injury risk, small boosts for RBs, DL, and LBs - have 11-on-11 "helmet & shorts" for full play practice; low injury risk, med boosts based on results of practice, i.e., whoever makes the plays gets the points. - have 11-on-11 "full pads"; high injury risk, but high boost as well. I think that would be both fun, useful, and realistic in that you'd get to sharpen your team's play (especially deep into Franchise where you have a virtually brand new team), and have to deal with the NFL reality of practice-field injuries. Just a thought... |
